The Sales Accelerator Program begins with three interactive online sessions exclusively for managers. These sessions highlight the sales manager’s role in driving performance and provide practical tools for coaching and accountability. From the very start, managers gain a clear understanding of how their leadership directly impacts the success of their salesperson.
DiSC Profiles: Managing Behavioral Styles and Connecting with Prospects
Managers also participate in two specialized webinars facilitated by Jim Ryerson, where they complete a DiSC personality assessment alongside their sales professional. This shared experience helps both parties recognize behavioral styles, improve communication, and adapt coaching methods to maximize performance. By understanding their salesperson’s preferences, managers can create a healthier team dynamic where accountability, productivity, and engagement thrive
