This program takes core project management principles and adapts them to the realities of restoration. The result is a highly structured learning experience built to help project managers perform at a higher level in the field, with their teams, and across the entire project lifecycle.

If your projects are NOT operating at optimal efficiency... TAKE THIS CLASS. When I hear the stories of the other (less than ideal) products in our marketplace, my mind goes directly to the RPM class and wished those folks would invest in their people, their company, and the industry!
